The role involves cleaning and sanitizing spaces and equipment following cGMP guidelines and adhering to regulatory standards such as those set by the FDA and DEA. You will work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance departments to ensure high standards of cleanliness and operational functionality, taking pride in contributing to the health and safety standards of our products.Key Responsibilities : Use machines and chemicals to clean and sanitize spaces / equipment in sterile and non-sterile environments.Adhere to departmental procedures, policies, and compliance with federal regulatory agencies (FDA, DEA).Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to meet required work standards.Document procedures performed in batch records following FDA GDP regulations.Collaborate with the maintenance department to address mechanical and quality issues, monitoring lab environment conditions..Must-Have Skills : Ability to follow written instructions and detail-oriented work ethic.Physical ability to lift, reach, climb, and move within the work environment.Teamwork and flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and work schedules.Industry Experience : Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial roles is necessary, with a preference for those with sterile cleanroom experience in the pharmaceutical or related industries..ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
