This role involves consolidating People data from various sources, including Workday and SQL Server, to ensure data integrity and provide actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate will contribute to People data strategy, visualization, and ensure accurate and insightful data presentation to support business outcomes.Key Responsibilities : Develop and deliver comprehensive People scorecards / dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel.Perform in-depth analysis and interpretation of People data to provide actionable insights.Consolidate and ensure the integrity / accuracy of People data from multiple sources.Structure and analyze data to support business recommendations and decision-making.Provide support for the People Analytics team's data strategy and visualization efforts.Must-Have Skills : Proficiency in Tableau and MS SQL.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced charting).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Industry Experience : 4-6 years of relevant experience in People Analytics or HR analytics.Solid understanding of HR data, reporting, and metrics requirements preferred.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
