This role involves managing holistic marketing campaigns for a variety of events, from grand regional events featuring celebrity talent to skill-building workshops, targeting both new prospects and engaging existing customers. The ideal candidate will not only focus on driving event registrations but also on ensuring attendee engagement throughout the pre-event, during-event, and post-event phases through effective channel utilization and content messaging.JOB REQUIREMENTS : Develop and manage customer journey flows to enhance event engagement and registrations.Build segmentation and identify target audiences, leveraging testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social media and paid media to drive registrations and post-event engagement.Analyze event performance data, working with marketing analytics partners to refine targeting and improve messaging.Coordinate and oversee communications, including email marketing and in-app notifications, to ensure consistency and engagement.Must have Skills : Proficiency in data analysis and segmentation.Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing strategies.Exceptional project management and collaboration skills.Industry Experience Required : Previous experience in managing marketing campaigns for various types of events, preferably in an international context.
