This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the Failure Analysis and Engineering Teams by executing a variety of lab-related activities, maintaining equipment, and managing the inventory. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively, ensuring the smooth operation of our technical labs, and contribute to the maintenance and calibration of Tech-Ops environmental chambers.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Inventory management and maintenance of lab consumables.Configuration of basic system software and maintenance of lab equipment.Setting up hardware tests, managing device logistics, and prioritizing escalation reports.Assisting with compliance and reliability through third-party lab interactions and conducting entry-level failure analysis.Scheduling and calibrating Tech-Ops environmental chamber, ensuring general lab maintenance.JOB REQUIREMENTS : Proficient in networking protocols specifically tailored for lab environments.Proficient with Google Suite, Looker Studio, and basic technical skills (PCBA debug, Linux, Debug).Conducting failure analysisStrong capacity for self-motivation and completing tasks with minimal supervision.Industry Experience : Experience within a technical lab environment is crucial, preferably with 2-5 years in a similar role.An Associates / Technical degree or equivalent experience in the tech field is required.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
