The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organization, and technical skills, driving the execution, coordination, implementation, and completion of programs. This role requires a self-starter who can work effectively with various team members in a highly technical, data governance and security-focused environment.Key Responsibilities : Ensure successful delivery of critical data governance initiatives and programs.Develop strategies for program goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering and business leaders.Define program execution objectives, dependencies, outcomes, and requirements with business partners.Partner with internal and external teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.Lead project planning, manage project risks and issues, and implement effective project governance.Must-Have Skills : Proven experience in Program and Project Management within IT, especially in information security and data governance.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for detailed organization.Industry Experience : Prior experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs / projects, particularly in Information Security and System Platform implementations.Note : This role requires familiarity with Agile methodology, proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Office 365, JIRA, and Confluence, and the ability to work flexibly across time zones to accommodate global business teams.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
