Pay Range : $50 - $55.70 Per hour on w2

This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver's license.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Motion Graphics Designer & Animator to join our team in Santa Clara, California. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and editing motion graphics and animated content to support advertising, learning programs, and engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in motion graphics software, creativity in animation, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to produce content that aligns with our brand and learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and produce high-quality motion graphics and animated content for various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Design and animate using professional software like After Effects and Illustrator.
  • Develop strategies to maximize audience engagement with innovative content.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing engaging motion graphics and animation.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

    • Industry Experience Required :

  • Experience in digital media production, particularly in motion graphics and animation, with a minimum of 5 years in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in media production, digital media, communications, or related field is required.
  • Must possess a solid understanding of brand guidelines and audience engagement strategies.
