Key Responsibilities :
- Develop product roadmaps and strategies aligning with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Conduct user interviews and market research to shape product-market fit and identify key customer personas.
- Oversee product requirement gathering, crafting detailed user stories and engaging with Engineering and Design teams for agile product development.
- Drive product platform requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure integrated customer experiences.
- Foster product adoption, coordinate rollout plans, and utilize customer feedback for continuous feature optimization.
