This position focuses on leading complex projects across various planning functions such as demand, supply, and distribution planning, ensuring successful implementation of planning systems, processes, and solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a knack for navigating fast-paced environments, fostering cross-functional team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain processes.Key Responsibilities : Lead cross-functional teams to implement and complete complex supply chain planning projects on time and within scope.Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including scope definition, timeline management, budgeting, and resource allocation.Facilitate user requirement reviews, design workshops, and user acceptance testing, ensuring comprehensive go-live and post-go-live support.Monitor project progress, milestones, and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed.Collaborate with COE, IT, Analytics, and cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles, managing enhancement projects and driving process and system optimization.Must-Have Skills : Strong background in project management within supply chain or manufacturing domains.Proficiency in planning systems implementation (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, SAP APO) along with SAP / ERP knowledge.Profound understanding of supply chain processes, including MRP, and adept in project implementation methodologies and lifecycle management.Industry Experience : Prior experience in the medical, high-tech, healthcare, or manufacturing industry is preferred.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
