This role involves optimizing workflows, developing scalable solutions, and leading Salesforce excellence standards. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in automating processes, creating custom user experiences, and building integrations with various systems.Key Responsibilities : Proactively identify automation opportunities in repetitive workflows.Develop custom user experiences and scalable solutions within Salesforce.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce features while implementing new initiatives.Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution implementation.Must-Have Skills : 5 years of post-internship, hands-on engineering experience developing on Salesforce platform5 years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and SOQL / SOSLExpertise in AWS and Salesforce platformsIndustry Experience : Previous experience in cloud computing platforms, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS), is highly desirable.
