This role is key in fostering a culture of security through best practices and ensuring compliance in both domestic and international spheres of client's operations. The GRC Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing external security assessments with advertisers, updating security policies, and managing the Onspring GRC platform.Key Responsibilities : Lead improvement efforts for client's external security due diligence process with advertisers.Collaborate in maintaining and updating crucial Information Security Policies and standards.Track and report key metrics for program health, effectiveness, and compliance to stakeholders.Provide guidance and support for the Onspring GRC platform, including monthly risk register updates with the security team.Prepare and review monthly reports on security risks and security awareness training across the company.Must-Have Skills : Strong proficiency in GRC frameworks and principles.Minimum 4 years of cybersecurity experience or related experience in IT, Business or AuditExperienced in risk analysis and compliance management within a tech environment.Skilled in the administration and usage of the Onspring GRC platform.One of the following certifications, or equivalent certifications preferred : CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CISA, CRISCIndustry Experience Required : Prior experience in the tech industry, specifically within a security governance, risk, and compliance capacity.Industry Leaders in IT StaffingAs staffing solutions providers for Fortune 100 companies, Akraya's industry recognitions solidify our leadership position in the IT staffing space.
