Pay Range : $75.00 - $80.00 Per Hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Applied Scientist to join our team in New York, NY, to work on groundbreaking AI solutions for Music Personalization. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience through innovative AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision technologies. This role requires onsite presence, offering a unique opportunity to influence millions of customers and work with some of the world's largest databases.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop AI solutions for Music Personalization.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design, implement, and launch AI solutions end-to-end.
  • Design and conduct offline and online (A / B) experiments based on in-depth data analysis.
  • Communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with advancements and latest modeling techniques in the field.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Experience in Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in Programming (Java, C , Python, or related languages).
  • Experience with cloud-based large-scale model deployment.

    • Industry Experience :

  • Preferred candidates will have experience in the tech or music streaming industry, showcasing an ability to handle large databases and customer-driven solutions effectively.
  • This position requires a minimum of a Master's degree with 6 years of applied research experience or a PhD, and at least 5 years of experience in building machine learning models for business applications. Candidates should be ready to work fully onsite in New York, NY, and possess strong capabilities in AI / ML technologies, programming, and cloud computing, with a focus on delivering results and thinking big.
