The ideal candidate will liaise with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder debriefs, and perform in-depth analysis on UX flows, leveraging findings to drive informed design decisions. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with participant recruiting teams and archiving results for quarterly metric reports.Key Responsibilities : Partner with research leads to execute our weekly usability research program.Liaise with cross-functional teams to plan and conduct usability studies.Debrief stakeholders and coordinate with participant recruiting teams.Communicate weekly results and author reports on quarterly UX metrics.Perform desk research and assist in survey planning and execution.Must-Have Skills : Understanding of user research methodologies, particularly evaluative research.Proficiency in experiment design principles.Experience conducting UX research in an industry setting (6 months preferred).Domain Experience Required : Degree in Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or a related field.
