Job Summary :
We are seeking entry-level candidates for Wealth Management Analyst positions, ideal for recent graduates or those with 1-3 years of banking experience. These temporary roles offer extensive training and the potential to become full-time, focusing on operations and client support within our Wealth Management department. Successful candidates will demonstrate eagerness to learn, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients and Financial Advisors with onboarding and ongoing support.
- Prepare and maintain records for new accounts, including processing changes.
- Act as a liaison with custodians to resolve issues related to brokerage and trust accounts.
- Process investment transactions and reconcile account information.
- Provide backup support for other Wealth Management functions as needed.
