Compensation includes base salary, solid bonus potential, and full benefits. Please note, this is an in-office role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Financial Closings: Oversee monthly and annual financial closings following US GAAP.
- Own Costing & Inventory: Manage and refine all costing and inventory processes, including annual standards.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Provide insightful financial analysis to support plant operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor & Report Performance: Analyze key financial metrics, investigate variances, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support Audits & Compliance: Serve as the main liaison for external audits and regulatory reporting.
- Budget & Forecasting: Manage the annual budget process across operating units and assist in developing financial strategies.
- Lead Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, compliance, and efficiency across multiple locations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional partners to drive financial success.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Leadership: Ability to drive financial strategy and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Manufacturing finance is a plus, but not required
- SAP expertise is a must
- Business-Minded Financial Acumen: Strong ability to translate business goals into financial action plans.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and ERP systems.
