We seek a highly organized and creative Marketing Specialist to join our client's team in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Collateral & Content Creation – Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Develop presentations in PowerPoint and reports in Word and Excel to support marketing initiatives.
- Email & Advertising Management – Manage email correspondence and assist in developing local advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Event Coordination – Support planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and industry events. Assist with the creation of promotional materials and event logistics.
- Brand & PR Collaboration – Work closely with brand and PR teams to ensure consistency across marketing campaigns and communications.
- Cross-Functional Communication – Collaborate with multiple departments and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks
- Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and trade shows
