Job Title: Prep Dishwasher - Food & Beverage Concessionaire (Airport)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Prep Dishwasher to join our team at a busy food and beverage concession in the airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing areas, assisting with food prep, and ensuring all kitchenware is sanitized and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, including sinks, counters, and floors.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Properly store cleaned dishes and kitchen tools.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
