- Attend the conference with Akron Capital’s CEO, actively work the room, and generate leads.
- Identify potential clients who need fast, tailored financing solutions ($100K–$3MM).
- Build relationships, collect contact information, and schedule follow-ups.
- Represent Akron Capital professionally, communicating our value proposition effectively.
- Track and report all leads, ensuring proper follow-up post-conference.
- All expenses covered (tickets, transportation, meals, and lodging).
- Uncapped earning potential – Earn 10% commission on any deals closed from your leads.
- Potential to transition into a full-time role with responsibilities in business development, credit analysis, financial underwriting, and portfolio management.
- Confident, energetic, and great at striking up conversations.
