Chemist - Pharmaceutical Services
Akron Rubber Development Laboratory, Inc., an industry-leading testing laboratory for rubber, plastic and latex is looking to fill the position of Chemist for our Pharmaceutical Services Department.
Required Capabilities:
- Perform and interpret instrument testing which may include HPLC, GC and UV/Vis
- Demonstrate proficiency in problem solving in the analytical chemistry field
- Desire to learn and grow polymer analysis
- Independent worker, requiring little supervision
- Self-starter
- Energetic team player
- Help cultivate a positive work environment
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Polymers
Education/Preferred Experience:
Bachelors in Chemistry with a minimum of five years' experience in a chemical/analytical laboratory environment and familiarity with Polymers.
