Job Overview
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at our Syracuse location. As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our showroom and facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting surfaces
- Clean restrooms, empty trash cans, and recycle bins
- Wipe down tables and other surfaces
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Assist with special events and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Availability to work a part-time schedule (2 days per week)
