Responsibilities
- Field and direct internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department
- Open work orders and track them through to closure and invoicing
- Maintain the service library with current information
- Maintain Service Department files and records
- Update customer profiles with equipment, repair information, and hours from the customer work orders
- Maintain accessories and supplies and prepare replenishment orders
- May prepare Service Technician efficiency reports
- Assist customers with billing questions and invoice inquiries
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced multi-faceted environment
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of mechanical terms is preferred
- High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred
