The UI / UX Designer is responsible for identifying optimization opportunities, driving conversions, and enhancing the overall user experience on American Residential Services (ARS) digital platforms. This role utilizes data-driven insights to analyze user behavior, conduct A / B testing, and implement design improvements to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Additionally, the specialist manages content strategy, creation, and optimization to support ARS's digital marketing efforts.

Deliver high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with ARS brand messaging
Successfully implement and analyze A / B tests to drive data-informed decisions
Maintain a cohesive brand narrative across all digital touchpoints

Demonstrates proficiency in UX design principles, A / B testing methodologies, and content optimization techniques
Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies in CRO, UX, and content optimization
Effectively uses tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
Leverages AI tools and techniques for content creation and management
Applies knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies to implement optimizations

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
3 years of experience in CRO, UX design, and / or content optimization
Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user experience metrics
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design skills and successful optimization projects
Proficiency in UI design, visual design, and web design principles
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and A / B testing software (e.g., Optimizely)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools and techniques
