You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and assessments to determine customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s services and expand your network.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
