Position Overview:
As the Front Desk Receptionist at Accelerated GraphX, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive first impression, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. You will assist with administrative duties and provide support to the production team and General Manager to help meet customer needs and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding our products, services, and order status.
- Assist customers in placing orders, gathering necessary details, and processing orders accurately.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits with the production team.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments, create invoices, and assist with billing inquiries.
- Help maintain customer records, files, and inventory logs.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and assisting with office organization.
- Support the production team by communicating order updates, timelines, and special customer requests. Potential to be trained to assist with some production if needed.
- Ensure the showroom and front area are always presentable, reflecting our brand's professional image.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues professionally and courteously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment (copiers, scanners, printers, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude.
- Previous experience in a screen printing or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
