- Create and maintain project schedule and budget with clear goals for successful completion of project within established timeline
- Includes oversight and communication with sub crew to ensure they are following schedule and all safety standards.
- Thoroughly review and be familiar with codes, requirements, and insurance claim process
- Be able to identify any items requested that are not within the specifications for each project and draft change orders with estimated costs for such requests
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with insurance company, owner, architect, and local material supplier throughout the life of each project
- Attend adjuster meeting as required per job
- Be familiar with residential insurance process and able to recognize needed additions and supplements to ensure job is completed with highest standards
Must be able to bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.
· Submit proposals and request material quotes for all projects when necessary.
· Work closely with sales team and roofing labor contractors
