Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will address all service tickets for roof repairs and small jobs. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests for repair service
- Evaluate and diagnose issues on the roof
- Complete the repairs necessary to make the systems watertight
- Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
- Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to pass a workplace physical
