Job Title: ServiceNow Architect - App Engine Platform Iselin, Edison, NJ (2 days a week)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the management and development of our App Engine platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture and a passion for developing innovative low-code/no-code (LCNC) applications. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Service Now App Engine platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient LCNC applications using ServiceNow.
Development & Implementation: Lead the development and deployment of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improve-ment. Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and platforms to enhance application functionality and user experience.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs, processes, and procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress. Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Overall 15 years of experience and minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine and LCNC application development.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to guide with senior IT and business leadership Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
