AKUA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INC. the leader in Holistic Drug, Alcohol and Mental Health Treatment, is now hiring Case Manager for our Fair Oaks CA location. The right candidates will be team players with a positive attitude and passion for helping recovering individuals.
*This position is Full-Time. We are looking for someone with their CADC or CCAPP. Please only apply if you meet requirements and/or can obtain requirements.*

Applicants must have a current CADC credential.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures clinical treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and as applicable family empowerment
- Provides individual and group therapeutic/counseling services to clients
- Establishes a rapport with the client and appropriate significant others that facilitates a collaborative review of assessment information and treatment options
- Works collaboratively with the client and appropriate others to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses priority needs of the client, desired treatment outcomes, an agreed upon plan of action, and reassessment plan
- Involves referral resources and other outside client support services as part of the treatment team to meet the needs of the client, sharing appropriate information and treatment objectives within the limits of confidentiality and professional practice
- Actively works with client's family, and/or significant others to develop a shared understanding of client's support needs, associations between problem and home environment/family dynamics, and strategies for assisting in client's recovery
- Responds in a timely manner to requests for client information from other providers, insurers, legal contacts, and referral sources
- Documentation Maintaining strict client confidentiality, HIPAA compliance
- Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards
- Supervision of Clinical Techs and Operational staff required and varies depending on location and program
Qualifications:
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (Required)
- Valid CA Driver's License (Required)
- Health Screen (Required)
- TB Clearance (Required)
- CADC (Required) or LMFT or MFTi or MFTt or LCSW or LPC. or BA, Certificate/License in the Substance Abuse Field or working towards said Certificate or License.
- Live Scan Clearance (Required)
- Proof of COVID19 Vaccination (Required)
- Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
- Experience in the field of Substance Abuse/Behavioral Health
- Impeccable ethics and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Computer literacy

Compensation: $28-$32
Depends on experience, Full-Time = Health Insurance after 90 days
