Position: Mental Health Worker
Type: Hourly, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $21 hourly

Shifts:
- NOC (10:30pm - 7:00am)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in medication protocol
- Ensure that all staff are trained on emergency life support protocols
- Team player with a passion for helping addicted individuals.
- Coordination of Client transportation and assistance with client activities
- Creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and client-focused treatment environment
- Maintain strict client confidentiality/HIPAA compliance
- Ensuring 100% client satisfaction with care
- Complete client charting on electronic healthcare software (KIPU)
- Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- License/Certification: Psych Tech, RADT, EMT (Preferred)
- Education: High School Diploma / GED or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Experience: 1 years of behavioral healthcare experience (preferred)
- Additional:
- Valid CA Driver's License (required)
- Current Health Screen / Physical (required)
- TB Test Clearance (required)
- Live Scan (required)
- Current CPR/First Aid certificate (required)
