Position: Therapist Associate
Type: Hourly, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Shift : Monday- Friday Business Hours. Flexible with Evenings and Weekends.
Compensation Base rate:
- $30 - $35 per hour (Associate)
- $36 - $40 per hour (Licensed/Submitted Clinical Hours )
- Associates who have submitted their clinical hours /Licensed applicants pay range is $36-$40 per hour

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Therapists to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in various aspects of our mental health and addiction program including group therapy, family therapy and individual therapy. Reports to Clinical Director and/or Program Director
Key Responsibilities
- Works directly under Clinical Director and/or Program Director.
- Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
- Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Meets with patients for a regular individual session and stay up to date with all progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Collaborate with family members and conduct family sessions as needed.
- Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
- Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
- Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
- License/Certification: AMFT, ACSW, APCC or LMFT/LCSW/LPCC
- Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field, or another relevant field
- Experience with therapeutic modalities (Psychodynamic, CBT/DBT) and trauma work
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Current Health Screen
- TB Clearance
- Clinical Experience: 2years or more (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Detail oriented
- Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
