Description :
The Client Partnerships team is seeking a Business Process Manager to join our dynamic Streaming Solutions group. In this role, you will help build best-in-class advertising solutions and proactive sponsorship opportunities that leverage data insights, product capabilities, content libraries, and marketing initiatives.
We're looking for a strategic thinker and storyteller capable of bridging diverse disciplines, from sales and media to strategic development and technical solutions. As the Business Process Manager , you will focus on the Films / Docs / LIVE programming vertical, requiring you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and collaborating across various teams.

Experience :
5 years in television, digital marketing, sponsorship, branded entertainment, or media (network, streaming service, agency, or studio experience preferred).Proven expertise in sponsored streaming and social activations (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).Experience developing media opportunities, sponsorship packages, and custom content solutions.Key Responsibilities :
Develop Sponsorships & Solutions
Lead the creation of sponsorship packages for Films / Docs / LIVE programming, including custom content and ad products for streaming and social platforms.Collaborate with senior managers to develop sponsorship strategies and identify revenue opportunities.Prepare, merchandise, and present sponsorship packages in collaboration with internal teams (Research, Analytics, Pricing & Planning).Create proactive, market-aligned solutions leveraging technology, innovation, and ad products.Project Management & Execution
Manage activation processes for sold sponsorships, including content rights, approvals, and documentation (e.g., deal agreements, budgets, and billing).Coordinate with internal teams on RFP requests and package execution.Organize and lead kick-off calls, manage social components, and oversee all project-related documentation.Maintain detailed team trackers and ensure accurate, timely communication across stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams, including Entertainment Solutions, CreativeWorks, Research, Addressable Solutions, and Sales, to drive project success.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.Act as a brand champion and content expert for external partners and internal Ad Sales colleagues.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.Preferred Attributes :
