Overview:
Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Food Server. This position plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable dining experience.
Salary: Starting rate of $10.00 per hour plus tips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take drink orders and deliver them promptly.
- Provide attentive and efficient service to all guests in assigned outlet.
- Deliver food ordered to guests using a food tray.
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks according to F&B S.O.P.s.
- Upsell wine and liquor when applicable.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and maintain reliability.
- Must become TIPS certified and have a solid comprehension of the training.
