Responsibilities:
Exhibit a friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow associates.
Take drink orders from guests and ensure prompt delivery.
Provide attentive and efficient service to all guests in assigned outlet.
Deliver food ordered to guests using a food tray.
Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks according to F&B S.O.P.s.
Upsell wine and liquor when applicable.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
Education and Certification:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- TIPS certification.
