Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care services of a medical nature in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Phlebotomy skills as well as administering IM and Subcutaneous injections
- Ability to administer and read accurate blood pressure testing
- Interviewing patients and obtain a complete medical history
- Ability to keep accurate records
- Distribute prescribed medications
- Effective communication skills
Skills:
- Ability to speak and understand English and communicate effectively Required
- Experience as a medical assistant in a clinical setting Required 1 Years
- Have a medical assistant certification Required 1 Years
- Skilled at taking and reading accurate blood pressures Required 1 Years
- Experience distributing prescribed medications to patients Required 1 Years
- Experience interviewing patients to obtain complete medical histories Required 1 Years

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
