Coordonarea si organizarea eficienta a activitatilor comerciale pe canalul de vanzari Key Account si Business-to-Business cu scopul atingerii obiectivelor, maximizarii veniturilor si implementarii planului de marketing.

Responsabilitati principale

  • Dezvolta și executa strategia si bugetul anual de vanzari pentru canalul KA si B2B
  • Intretine relatia cu clientii KA si B2B asigurand un climat de incredere si parteneriat. Abordeaza sistematic toti clientii KA si B2B cu care compania nu are o relatie comerciala in scopul incheierii de relatii contractuale;
  • Pregateste si coordoneaza procesul de negociere a contractelor de vanzare-cumparare cu toti clientii KA, B2B si furnizorii de servicii inchiriere personal (merchandiseri externalizati);
  • Elaboreaza calendarul promotional cu clientii si urmareste realizarea acestuia;
  • Monitorizeaza in permanenta profitabilitatea vanzarilor efectuate in scopul atingerii obiectivelor de vanzare pe categoriile profitabile;
  • Identifica modalitati de dezvoltare a vanzarilor si a portofoliului de clienti;
  • Coordoneaza implementarea la clientii KA si B2B a strategiei si planurilor de marketing

Cerinte

  • Minim 5 ani experienta in vanzari si in conducerea unei echipe de vanzari la nivel national;
  • Capacitatea de a gandi intr-o maniera strategica, analitica si structurata;
  • Capacitatea de planificare si organizare, comunicare si prezentare;
  • Capacitatea de a lucra independent si de a lua decizii;
  • Orientare spre rezultate.
