Job Description
- Inspires commitment to AkzoNobel's purpose, vision, strategy, core principles, values and management behaviours,
- Plans, coordinates and controls production-related activities to meet objectives and budgets in terms of HSE, quality, services and costs,
- Co-develops and executes plans related to HSE improvement, quality, service and costs in collaboration with the site administration team,
- It acts as an ambassador and creates an open environment in which the team as a whole and its individual members can perform at the highest standards,
- To the necessary measures for the application of the principles of rotation of raw materials and goods (application of the "first in -first out" rule),
- Coordinates, monitors and reports the achievement and evolution of the performance indicators at departmental level, for the operations performed on the manufacturing flow,
- Coordinates and organizes the productive activity specific to the department, so as to ensure compliance and fulfillment of the weekly / monthly / annual production plan,
- Coordinates and is responsible for the development of the system of documents and procedures for the manufacturing and packaging process (instructions for manufacturing, packaging, reprocessing, cleaning, etc.),
- Ensures the efficient use of the production capacity, appropriately allocating the human and technical resources available at the level of the section, in order to optimize the technological process.
