Supervisor / a de Producción

Esta posición es responsable de coordinar y asegurar todas las operaciones realizadas por los / as operarios / as de su canal de producción para que se realicen de forma segura, eficiente y siguiendo los procedimientos y políticas establecidas.

Deberá asegurar el buen desempeño del equipo y solucionar cualquier posible incidencia.

Sobre el puesto...

• Gestionar el plan de trabajo con el equipo según la planificación acordada, y gestionar las posibles incidencias en los procesos.
• Realizar algunas funciones de Back-Up de Production Manager.
• Confirmar que se realizan todas las tareas, se cumplen todos los procedimientos operativos y se siguen las normativas de HSE.
• Participar en los Roles definidos en el PTW.
• Confirmar que se cumplen los plazos de los procesos productivos. Asegurar que la productividad sea óptima, la calidad sea la correcta y el cumplimiento del planning sea el acordado.
• Crear un plan de desarrollo para los / as componentes del equipo. Realizar los correspondientes PDDs.
• Crear equipos y turnos. Asegurar y confirmar que los / as componentes del equipo tienen la formación adecuada y están capacitados / as.
• Confirmar que se realizan correctamente y a tiempo todos los ensayos de precontrol.
• Confirmar que se entran correctamente y a tiempo todos los filling y se consumen las correspondientes materias primas usadas en fórmula.
• Confirmar que : todas las áreas asignadas cumplen con los estándares de orden y limpieza; todos los KPIs están actualizados en el TR1 por los / as Team Leaders; el correcto proceso de cambio de turno (Shift Handover).
• Realizar Gemba Walks HSE y BBS.
• Asistir a las reuniones diarias del TR2 y actualizar los correspondientes KPI.
• Participar y Colaborar en proyectos de Mejora Continua (ALPS, SAQ, PSM).
