Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

Calls : Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, providing exceptional
service and addressing any questions or concerns.
Policy
Guidance : Offer expert advice and guidance on insurance policies, ensuring
clients have the coverage they need.
Cross-Selling :
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand client portfolios, offering
additional insurance products or coverage.
Continuous
Learning : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes to
provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Active insurance license in Michigan.
Experience : Prior experience in personal lines insurance sales is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-Motivated : High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
