This pivotal role encompasses policy development and implementation, recruitment, staffing, orientation, evaluation, training, compensation, and ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws. Additionally, this position will oversee two facilities located in Madisonville, LA, and Theodore, AL.

1. Develop and/or Maintain:
- The Company Employee Handbook, Policies, and Procedures
- Job Descriptions and corresponding salary ranges
- The Organizational Chart
- The Company’s compensation policies
- The Company training program
- Company personnel management
- The Employee recognition program
- Historical human resource files, records, and reports
2. Execute and Manage:
- The annual Management by Objectives (MBO) setting and performance review process
- The annual merit increase process within budget constraints
- The annual incentive plan, including its structure, performance metrics, and disbursement
- Company staffing through recruiting, interviewing, testing, hiring, orientation, career pathing, and succession planning
- Compliance with current labor laws and related materials
- Company personnel management
- Historical human resource files, records, and reports
3. Oversee:
- Employee development, promotions, and terminations
- Exit interviews and outplacement counseling
- All employee complaints, investigations, and counseling
