Roles & Responsiblity
- Sales: Drive corporate and individual sales by promoting car rental services and building strong client relationships, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Tasks: Inspect vehicles before and after rentals, ensuring they are in good condition and meet safety standards.
- Payments & Follow-ups: Manage payments, track rental fines, and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintenance & Insurance: Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and meet legal requirements.
- Registration: Handle vehicle registration and related paperwork.
- Reports: Generate and maintain reports on sales, payments, fleet status, and customer feedback.
- Business Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, market share, and customer retention.
- Growth & Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for expanding the rental car business.
- Targets: Meet or exceed sales and performance targets set by the company to drive business growth.
- Supervise Staff: Oversee and guide staff members, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of customer service.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost management within the rental car business.
- Team Coordination: Work with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
