Duties
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of adult learners.
- Create engaging content that enhances learning experiences using tools such as Adobe Captivate.
- Utilize the ADDIE model for instructional design to ensure effective curriculum development.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Educate participants on relevant topics, providing resources and support throughout their learning journey.
- Communicate effectively with participants to assess their progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) content to reflect current best practices in adult education.
Skills
- Strong background in content development and curriculum design.
- Excellent writing skills for creating instructional materials and resources.
- Experience in adult education principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in project management with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking participant progress.
- Knowledge of instructional design frameworks, particularly ADDIE.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate or similar tools for e-learning development.
