Responsibilities
- Recruit, Hire, and Train existing and new sales representatives.
- Set Individual and team sales goals.
- Coach and Mentor sales staff to improve performance and close deals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to develop sales strategies.
- Create and implement sales promotions and incentive programs.
- Manage pricing and negotiate deals with customers.
- Monitor new and used inventory levels.
- Manage Used Car inventor and pricing strategies.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Excellent Leadership and Motivational Skills.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, DMS systems, and sales management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate a work history of growth, success, and track record of employment. No job hoppers.
