What are the responsibilities and job description for the Liquor Store Manager position at AL's Liquor Tobacco Wine?
AL's Liquor is looking for energetic, motivated, honest and passionate people to become Store Managers that will supervise the daily operations of our stores that specialize in the sale of liquor, beer, wine and fine cigars. Responsibilities will include employee management and training, inventory control, analyzing sales and traffic trends, ordering, planning, projecting, interviewing, attending meetings and communicating with the Corporate officers.
Liquor Store Manager Tasks
- Manage overall day to day operations of the store
- Assist in planning and projecting
- Develop trust and build a positive relationship with our team and customers
- Set and track retail goals and objectives.
- Communicates regularly with Corporate officers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2-4 years of management experience with 3-5 years retail
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must be over 21 years of age
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Observe and responds to customer needs and requests
- General knowledge of alcoholic beverages and other items and their location on the sales floor
- Employee schedules
- Ensure, enforce and adhere to all industry law regulations and company policies
- Establish and maintain positive and effective business relations with customers, employees and all suppliers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Works well in a team environment and with management
- Communicates effectively
- Makes positive impression with customers and shows a high quality of customer service

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
