The ideal candidate will have experience with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms and a passion for providing exceptional service. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk (email, chat, phone, and tickets) promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in Zendesk.
- Follow company guidelines and policies to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, and fulfillment) to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor and follow up on open customer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify and report trends or recurring issues to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role within a digital environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Comfortable using digital communication tools (email, live chat, social media), and troubleshooting online issues.
