We are seeking responsible, detail-oriented and organized Internet Fulfillment Specialist to manage and streamline our order fulfillment process In our St. George Store. Join our team and help us ensure that our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. As an Internet Fulfillment Specialist, you will handle the end-to-end process of order fulfillment for our online store. This includes picking, packing, shipping, and managing inventory to ensure efficient and accurate order processing and location management. Al's Sporting Goods carry all the top brands from Nike and Hoka, Stanley and The North Face to Vortex and Sitka! Key Responsibilities
- Uses technology to locate products on the sales floor and back stock areas.
- Review and process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
- Manages locations for products not on the sales floor.
- Pack and label products securely, arrange for shipping, and track shipments. to ensure timely delivery.
- Address and resolve order-related issues, including returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of order transactions and inventory levels.
- Participates in the continuous process of improvement activities.
- Help maintain a cohesive atmosphere of teamwork.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to lift and move packages, as well as perform other physical tasks related to fulfillment.
- Fast learner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency, full of energy, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Helpful
- Experience with order management systems (OMS) and shipping software.
- Must be able to work on your feet for the whole shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
