Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong foundation in general dentistry, as well as experience in specialized areas such as pediatrics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver exceptional patient care while adhering to all safety and health regulations.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Conduct various dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and aseptic environment in the dental office to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Manage pediatric cases with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best care possible.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in general dentistry practices with additional training or experience in prosthodontics, oral surgery, or pediatrics preferred.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner.
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is highly desirable.

Pay: $246,893.00 - $325,016.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
