What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing and Invoice Associate position at Al Warren Oil Company Inc.?

- Bill shipments pursuant to applicable structures and rate pricing agreements
- Recognize and resolve delivery errors
- Assist customers with inquiries, including rate quotes, invoice discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing
- Process customer payments
- Bill of lading and delivery ticket review
- Customer pricing analysis and tax review
- Assist in period closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Work closely with operational and sales teams on completing sales orders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable with deadlines and achieving targets or goals.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to details
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
