Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of lubricant deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Act as the primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking delivery status and documentation
- Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize delivery routes and schedules
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry, preferably with a focus on lubricant distribution
- Strong geographic knowledge, especially in the Midwest and surrounding regions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals
- Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
