Part-Time Accounting Assistant

Alaant Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support the CFO with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Process expense reports and payments
• Reconcile bank statements
• Maintain accounting email and distribute to appropriate staff
• Perform general administrative duties related to finance and accounting

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant experience)
• 1 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time – Onsite – Monday – Friday DAYS
• Flexible scheduling options available
• $25-27.00 per hour
