The position is a full-time (9-month) faculty position. The rank and tenure-status of the position is negotiable based on qualifications. Examples of Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Teaches graduate and undergraduate Special Education courses, in both face-to-face and online environments.Recruits and advises students.Participates in research projects.Serves as a mentor to graduate and undergraduate students.Conducts an active research / publication agenda.
- Provides service to the university, community, and profession.Performs other duties as assigned. Typical Qualifications Minimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.) :
- An earned Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Special Education from an accredited college or university.
