Eastern Valley Baptist Church is located in Jefferson County, Alabama in the city of Bessemer and is prayerfully seeking to fill the position of Bi-vocational Pastor. We are a Southern Baptist church that is a Bible-believing, Christ-centered fellowship church. We are a small congregation with an average of 25 to 35 people, mostly seniors, but we have a desire to grow and to expand our reach and impact within and beyond our community.
We are seeking a candidate who is a born-again believer and has a personal testimony of his personal conversion and commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; meets biblical qualifications for a Pastor and has strong leadership skills and abilities.
